We issue refunds for our products under the following conditions:
- Full Refund within 30 Days: If the customer did not receive a license via email, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- License Usage: Product keys must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase, or the warranty will be void.
- No Refund for Working License: We do not offer a refund if the customer has received a functional license.

Antivirus Software Online reserves the right to verify the product key’s activation details within seven calendar days. If the product key is found to have already been activated after purchase, we reserve the right to refuse the refund, as the service has been delivered as agreed.
